Author’s note

Over the last decade, I spent my days interviewing all kinds of animals. Cetaceans, felines, amphibians, among many others, shared with me their most profound memories and thoughts on the coexistence with humans on this planet we all live in. Some were difficult to track down, some happened in the most unexpected places, and some, fortunately, were just instants that changed my life.

The compilation of  these interviews is an attempt to bring together all the unheard voices under one documentary. This is the Blue Pearl, an invitation from animals to humans to rethink the co-creation of our home.
